Apple released a 23-minute video shot with iPhone 13 Pro to celebrate the Lunar New Year

On January 20, Apple shared a short film called "The Comeback", which was released on the occasion of the Lunar New Year. Directed by director Zhang Meng, the film opens Year of the Tiger with the story of a father, a son, and a forgotten village with an "out-of-world dream".

The 23-minute video was shot with the latest iPhone (which is iPhone 13 Pro ) like all the videos in Apple's ongoing "Shot on ‌iPhone‌" series. Although it was filmed in Chinese, Apple has also added English subtitles for those who do not speak the language.

Chinese New Year, which begins on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, is a major holiday in Asia. Previously, Apple shared instructions on gifts in Chinese on their websites in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao have iPhone 13 models, AirPods, etc.

Apple also introduced AirPods Pro special edition and Special edition Beats Studio Buds with a specially designed tiger theme because 2022 is the year of the Tiger according to the Asian calendar.
